About the Role
Imagine empowering children to complete an entire school day’s academics in just two intensely focused hours, after which they explore creative pursuits like producing podcasts, painting murals, or mastering gymnastic moves. This is the innovative 2-Hour Learning program at Alpha Anywhere — and you'll be the driving force behind maintaining and transforming this system for future success.
Operating remotely from any location with reliable internet access, you will analyze extensive AI-generated student performance data to identify precise opportunities for intervention, helping every learner achieve mastery levels of at least 90%. When a student encounters difficulty, you will conduct live coaching sessions to resolve obstacles promptly, reinvigorating their learning momentum. Concurrently, you will examine detailed performance patterns to uncover untapped potential and conceptualize next-generation AI tools designed to accelerate learning speed substantially.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate highly accurate academic performance reports and analyze them systematically to detect issues, exceptions, and incite corrective actions within two days.
- Lead rapid-response ``rescue'' coaching calls and conduct follow-up sessions post-assessments to address obstacles, distinguish between knowledge gaps and errors, and sustain student motivation.
- Assess and integrate new educational software and content while developing AI and Large Language Model prototypes to innovate learning methods and solve particular educational challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery standards as the AI tutoring system evolves.
What This Role Does Not Involve
- Participating in prolonged meetings or producing generic slide presentations without direct impact on learning outcomes.
- Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or managing conventional educational curricula—the emphasis is on AI-supported innovation.
- Engaging solely in high-level strategy without hands-on execution or being confined to routine administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in coaching, training, or instructional roles.
- At least one year providing consistent one-on-one or small group academic coaching to K-8 students focusing on learning habits, motivation, self-management, test behaviors, or executive functioning; experience limited to whole-class teaching is insufficient.
- One year combining data analysis with direct learner support responsibilities.
- One year proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel involving lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, or equivalent data analysis functions.
- At least six months professional use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for creating substantive work outcomes.
- Availability to work core hours (four hours daily) Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM U.S. time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in learning science or pedagogical theories, or proven success enhancing educational outcomes via data-informed strategies.
- Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to interact with AI APIs.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (40 hours per week) available immediately. The position requires engagement through an independent contractor contract with Crossover as the Contractor of Record. Compensation is set at $30 per hour (approximately $60,000 annually based on 40 hours weekly and 50 working weeks per year) with weekly payments.
