This is a permanent, full-time hybrid opportunity located in Wellington or Auckland with flexibility for two remote work days weekly.

Role Details

The Senior Developer role offers a chance to utilize your expertise to build scalable, secure, and maintainable nCino solutions while expanding the platform's capabilities. Candidates with intermediate or senior-level experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure nCino solutions that align with business needs, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and system performance.
• Analyze complex business and technical problems, proposing effective solutions and participating in architectural decisions that balance business objectives and technical constraints.
• Engage in agile teams to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and optimize platform performance continuously.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains, actively sharing knowledge and mentoring peers within the engineering community.
• Support production operations by diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and contributing to system reliability and resilience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on Salesforce and/or nCino platforms, including familiarity with platform capabilities, security, data models, automation, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, and OmniStudio development.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and API usage is advantageous.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles emphasizing quality, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Experience contributing to technical design and solution architecture discussions.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices related to Salesforce development is highly desirable.
• Understanding of security implementations such as authentication, certificates, and access control models.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
