Their core products include Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Organic Waste Composters (OWC), various vessels, tanks, agitators, Trommel Pressure Impactors (TPI), Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units, conveyor belts, shredders, screw presses, and solid municipal waste projects.
Job Overview
The company is seeking a versatile Workshop & Fabrication Foreman to lead, supervise, and ensure smooth operations of fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities associated with STP, ETP, WTP, and OWC projects. The role involves hands-on work with metal bending, laser fiber cutting, rolling, lathe and sheet metal machinery, gearbox assemblies, motor systems, electrical components, and vessels of varied dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing machine alignments and customized manufacturing processes.
- Guiding and managing the fitter and foreman teams effectively.
- Leading fabrication of special purpose machines (SPM) and machine design tasks.
- Coordinating project execution and new plant development activities.
- Maintaining strong liaison with clients and project teams to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive practical experience as a fabrication foreman or all-rounder in water & wastewater or organic waste composting projects.
- Proficient knowledge of machine manufacturing, alignments, gearboxes, motors, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lead teams, supervise workshops, and manage project delivery end-to-end.
