Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is inviting applications for the role of Workday HCM Consultant based in Kolkata at the TCS Candor Techspace facility. This opportunity requires candidates with at least four years of experience. The selection process includes an in-person interview scheduled for 5th September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and support Workday integrations utilizing various tools including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, PECI, PICOF, and WECI.
- Develop inbound and outbound integration solutions specifically targeting modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and additional Workday features.
- Maintain a Workday Integration Certification as required for the role.
Interview Details and Location
The interview is face-to-face and will take place at TCS Candor Techspace, DH Block, Action Area I, New Town, Kolkata on 5th September 2026 (Saturday). Candidates must be physically present at this location to attend.
