Daily Responsibilities
- Interact with Loblaw customers to present current mobile, home, and business wireless solutions from recognized brands (e.g., Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, Chatr Mobile).
- Promote PC Optimum loyalty program benefits, assisting customers in earning and redeeming points for discounts on various purchases.
- Develop expertise in carrier offerings, promotions, device features, and evolving industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Drive sales by meeting or surpassing individual and store sales objectives, earning uncapped commissions linked directly to success.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
- A desire to continuously learn and progress professionally within the industry.
- Availability to work full-time hours including evenings and weekends.
