Job Description

Position: ARC Welder / MIG Welder

Work Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹31,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 to 5 years

Preferred Educational Qualification: ITI / Welding trade or related technical certification

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate ARC and MIG welding machines correctly and safely.
• Perform welding tasks according to provided drawings, measurements, and welding instructions.
• Weld MS, SS, and other specified metal components.
• Inspect job fitting, alignment, and surfaces before welding.
• Ensure welding quality, strength, and finish.
• Carry out grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded jobs post-completion.
• Maintain welding machines, cables, and related equipment properly.
• Detect welding defects such as cracks, porosity, and undercuts.
• Follow company safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) compulsorily.
• Work according to defined production targets and quality standards.

Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of ARC and MIG welding techniques.
• Competency in operating welding machines and related tools.
• Understanding of metal job fitting and various welding positions.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Experience & Salary Details

1 to 5 years of experience in ARC/MIG welding is preferred, with priority given to experienced candidates.

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and welding skills.
