Company Overview
The employer is a company specializing in manufacturing and selling commercial vehicles, including buses, trucks, engines, defense, and special purpose vehicles. Their production includes engines for industrial and marine use, forgings, and castings.
Job Profile
The role involves working on the assembly line involved in Truck Chassis manufacturing, Engine Shop, and Assembly Shop operations. Candidates must be capable of reading engineering drawings and possess English reading and writing skills.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Suitable candidates should hold a Diploma or a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Compensation Details
For Diploma freshers, the monthly cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 19,101 with deductions for PF, ESIC, canteen, and uniform charges. The resulting in-hand salary is approximately Rs. 13,988 per month.
For B.Tech freshers and Diploma candidates with experience, the monthly CTC is Rs. 22,459, with the same deductions, leading to an in-hand salary of about Rs. 17,216 per month.
Additional Facilities and Working Conditions

Joining Documentation
New hires must bring original and photocopies of documents for verification, including Resume, six passport-sized photographs, Aadhar Card, address proof (Driving License, Ration Card, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card), bank details (cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy), and all educational certificates.
Accommodation
Assistance will be provided for shared room accommodation with candidates responsible for advance rent payment. Food arrangements are to be managed independently outside the plant. The plant canteen is accessible only during working hours. Necessary daily-use personal accessories should be brought by the candidate. Room rent ranges from Rs. 1,200 to Rs. 1,500 per person per month.
