Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Trainee to join our team at Mahindra City, Chennai. The role involves participating actively in the production and assembly line to meet daily manufacturing targets while ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly and production tasks following standardized work instructions.
• Operate production tools, equipment, and components with care and safety.
• Adhere to quality control and safety protocols throughout the production process.
• Conduct fundamental quality checks on components to maintain standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with 5S practices.
• Meet daily production goals as directed by supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively within the production team environment.
• Work on a rotating three-shift schedule to support continuous operations.

Qualification & Eligibility

• Minimum educational qualifications range from 10th pass to B.E/B.Tech.
• Candidates should be male and between 18 to 25 years old.
