Position Overview

As a Welcome Ambassador at W Hotels in Riyadh, you will create important first and lasting impressions for guests arriving and departing. Your role focuses on ensuring guests experience a memorable journey by assisting them with a variety of services that simplify their arrival and departure. This involves managing operational tasks, responding to guest needs, compiling reports, and sharing local highlights, all while creating seamless interactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest arrival and departure with personalized assistance.
• Provide a range of services to enhance guest experience.
• Execute operational processes such as handling guest requests and completing reports.
• Offer insights about the local area to guests.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Adhere to company policies to ensure safety, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Undertake physical activities including standing, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 50 pounds independently, or more with assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
• No prior work or supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed.
