Warehouse Vault Attendant

Work Schedule

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Additional overtime may be necessary depending on operational requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Distribute and retrieve moneybags, receipts, daily route guides, route keys, and schedules to Driver/Messenger and Crew Leaders.
• Verify receipt of bulk cash from vaults, other departments, and external sources.
• Assist in tracking, resolving, and reporting any missing or incorrectly routed items.
• Collect important route-related materials such as identification cards, fuel cards, route keys, deposits, moneybags, receipts, change boxes, firearms, and monies at shift end.
• Perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties when required by operational needs.
• Handle ATM dispatch tasks and respond to related calls when necessary.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold all necessary driver’s licenses with a clean driving record.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and work experience combination.
• Obtain and maintain all required guard and firearm permits according to state regulations.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, including proficiency in radio communication.
