Role Overview

The Warehouse Team Member plays an essential role in fostering superior customer experiences, driving profitability, and streamlining warehouse operations. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

Note: This role requires availability to work one weekend day.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
• Manage order processing for deliveries and click-and-collect, including selecting, packing, dispatching products, and responding to order inquiries.
• Conduct same-day deliveries to customers when assigned driving duties.
• Support the warehouse team's achievement of performance indicators by monitoring operational exception reports and resolving outstanding tasks.
• Enhance product knowledge and skills continually through online learning and other development activities.
• Participate in efforts to optimize waste recycling and minimize environmental footprint.
