Role Summary

The Warehouse Team Member plays a vital part in maintaining outstanding customer service and boosting profitability by ensuring operational excellence within the warehouse. Responsibilities include adhering to company policies and procedures to preserve compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and manage invoicing efficiently.
• Handle order fulfillment for delivery and click-and-collect services, including picking, packing, dispatching products, answering order-related queries, and performing same-day customer deliveries if assigned driving duties.
• Help the warehouse team meet performance targets by analyzing operational reports to detect and solve pending issues.
• Advance your skills and product knowledge by engaging with our online learning resources and other training opportunities.
• Support environmental sustainability by maximizing waste recycling and reducing the overall environmental footprint.
