Warehouse Team Leader

About the Role

Join PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, County Meath as a Warehouse Team Leader in a permanent position. This vital role operates a night shift schedule from Thursday to Saturday, 7pm to 7am, providing support across departments to facilitate the delivery of life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including planning and event management.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure SAP systems are up to date.
• Schedule batches and mini bags into Clean rooms, guaranteeing compliance with Expected Delivery Dates (E.D.D.).
• Uphold high housekeeping standards within the facility.
• Process incoming goods promptly and in strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and send daily operational reports to Packaging and Key Account Managers.
• Ensure timely dispatch and accurate processing of product picking and returns, following SOPs.
• Train and update all warehouse personnel and conduct back-to-work briefings as required.
• Maintain all warehouse equipment, reporting issues and communicating with relevant departments.
• Provide necessary information promptly to Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate competence in operating counterbalance, reach, and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) vehicles and be willing to work across all company depots and departments.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Support implementation of new workflows and contribute to documentation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform additional tasks aligned with company goals and as directed by management.
• Be flexible to work across multiple sites and shifts as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment is essential.
• Proficient computer skills, necessary for daily operations and reporting.
