As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role by leading through example both on the shop floor and in the warehouse. Your focus will be to prioritize customer needs while maintaining store standards. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team as the in-store host, exemplifying outstanding service and guiding customers to suitable products effortlessly.
• Maintain store operations including cash reconciliation, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and stock control.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold pride in the workplace and foster a fun, cooperative atmosphere.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager with a background in leading small teams within dynamic, fast-moving settings.
• Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to drive sales outcomes.
