About the Role

As a Warehouse Order Selector at one of our dynamic distribution centres, you will be instrumental in assembling and delivering accurate store orders across a network of over 1,600 locations. This role offers a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on health, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer and store orders efficiently and accurately for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned within the Receiving and Shipping Centre.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completion of partial high school education or equivalent.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Physically demanding tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to occasionally lift weights exceeding 88 lbs, with two-person assistance required for items over 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Prepared to work in varying temperatures and maintain alertness in a busy environment with vehicle movement.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
