Role Overview

As a Baker within the in-store bakery, you will provide friendly and professional service to customers. Under the supervision of the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods for purchase and fostering an environment of engagement among employees and customers.

Primary Duties

• Deliver excellent customer service tailored to customer needs
• Handle bakery administrative tasks efficiently
• Prepare baked goods ready for customer sale
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery production areas
• Provide training to new bakery staff members
• Comply with and apply all relevant company standards and policies

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess foundational knowledge of bakery operations
• Capable of working independently in a high-paced setting
• High school diploma or equivalent educational credential
• At least three months of prior experience in bakery-related work
