Position Overview
We are currently seeking a customer-focused, community-oriented, and results-driven individual to fill the role of Liquor Clerk. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience by engaging customers enthusiastically, offering knowledgeable assistance, and efficiently processing sales. Responsibilities include restocking shelves promptly, operating the cash register accurately, and adhering strictly to all liquor-related policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the inventory on shelves by replenishing stock as needed.
- Process customer purchases accurately at the point of sale.
- Adhere rigorously to company and regulatory policies regarding liquor sales.
- Support team members willingly to promote a cooperative workplace.
Requirements
- Compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to liquor sales.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and engaging with the community.
- Must meet the legal age requirements for selling liquor products.
