Warehouse Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly follow health and safety guidelines in all assigned duties to ensure a safe working environment.
• Engage with customers as necessary to support operational needs.
• Operate forklifts proficiently and work independently during longer periods to maintain workflow.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with internal customers to fulfill business requirements efficiently.
• Complete warehouse tasks diligently, preserving product quality, inventory accuracy, and process integrity as per SOPs.
• Maintain productivity that aligns with the average outputs of the team (units processed per hour).
• Monitor stock for discrepancies and promptly report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Stay updated on weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory precision.
• Ensure that all orders are received, picked, reviewed, and dispatched in full accordance with customer specifications.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work independently within a warehouse environment without supervision.
• Certified and experienced in forklift operation along with other warehouse machinery.
• Physical capability to undertake packing and loading tasks.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets and picking rates.
• Competent in using computers and Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP.
• Reliable and trustworthy in managing assigned responsibilities.
• Good communication skills in English — spoken, written, and reading comprehension.

Working Conditions

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 37.5 weekly hours.
