Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule and record all incoming deliveries following established procedures.
• Efficiently operate computerized inventory management systems to maintain stock accuracy.
• Monitor consumable supplies and coordinate replenishment orders for the City North warehouse.
• Prepare production materials by assembling necessary kits and items.
• Transport goods between sites using company vehicles when required.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve delivery issues, shortages, and related concerns.
• Manage returns from production, preparing and quantifying materials for dispatch back to customers.
• Assemble finished goods on pallets for shipment, adhering to customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain precise records for goods incoming, stock control, and goods outgoing; submit completed documentation to Quality Assurance.
• Adhere to all procedural protocols related to warehouse tasks and participate in retraining as needed.
• Collaborate positively with various departments to ensure batches are ready timely for production and trials.
• Follow safety procedures diligently and immediately report any hazards or defects to the Safety Officer.
• Operate forklift and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment safely, completing additional training as necessary.
• Comply fully with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards throughout all activities.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Report deviations or non-conformances to supervisory staff promptly.
• Optimize racking usage to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Ensure outdoor areas surrounding the building are kept clear and properly maintained.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform various other duties as assigned to support the company’s overarching objectives.
