NPI Billing Specialist

About the Role

Join PCI Pharma Services as an NPI Billing Specialist based in County Meath, Ireland. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing non-production billing processes to guarantee precise revenue recognition, uphold financial compliance, and promote operational excellence. Collaborating closely with finance, project management, and procurement departments, you will lead initiatives to standardize billing procedures, generate financial forecasts, and implement controls to prevent revenue loss, aiding strategic business decisions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site lead for non-Finished Goods billing governance, standards, and controls.
• Foster billing discipline and accountability across project management, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Ensure service line billing aligns with finance policies and global standards.
• Utilize leadership and data to influence multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
• Identify and address risks linked to revenue leakage, late billing, and compliance breaches.
• Manage end-to-end billing operations including Salesforce integration with JDE, tracking awarded quotes, and overseeing service frameworks for billing readiness.
• Maintain billing due dates to assure timely revenue capture and invoicing cycles.
• Lead revenue forecasting, develop analytic tools and dashboards for financial visibility.
• Analyze billing patterns, delays, backlogs, and identify revenue leakages to provide actionable insights.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to reconcile invoices and standardize billing processes, including staff training.
• Coordinate setup of client-related billing numbers and adhere to company, cGMP, and cGCP policies rigorously.
• Availability to work overtime or weekends as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, with 1-5 years relevant experience.
• Strong grounding in accounting principles, financial governance, and revenue process management.
• Competency in intermediate computer applications and ERP systems, preferably JDE.
• Experience collaborating across finance, project management, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in process governance and problem-solving in complex scenarios.
