Job description
Job Purpose
Ensure precise and timely dispensing of medications as well as medical and non-medical supplies while maintaining accurate records, inventory integrity, and following safety standards to facilitate smooth warehouse operations within Fakeeh Care Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor system requests hourly and promptly supply items to relevant departments.
- Resolve dispensing issues including discrepancies in measurement units, damaged packaging, or shortages.
- Generate issuance reports, hand them to porters for delivery, and ensure official acknowledgment by recipients; complete orders using barcoding and comply with Relevant Standard Distribution (RSD) procedures.
- Coordinate with porters to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned shifts, rotations, and duties.
- Properly store all items in designated locations with attention to temperature control and cold chain maintenance, keeping areas clean and organized consistent with system records.
- Ensure hygiene in storage areas; verify items are de-boxed prior to storage and report any abnormalities.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols related to medical materials and handling.
- Implement the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principle to guarantee proper rotation and handling during dispensing and delivery.
- Identify and report items approaching expiry within one month for return or disposal.
- Perform related duties as needed within job scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in computer use.
Experience and Education
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within healthcare or supply chain sectors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in inventory or supply chain management are favorable.
Languages
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
