Work Schedule and Location
This full-time position requires working 10-hour shifts at the facility located at 6363 Millcreek Dr, Mississauga, ON L5N 7K6. Opportunities exist for employees seeking either 30 or 40 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive janitorial duties including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
- Enhance client facility safety and health by sanitizing and disinfecting various surfaces.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Acquire advanced cleaning skills using industry-leading techniques to maintain consistently high-quality results.
- Provide outstanding customer service tailored to individual client needs.
- Support the organization’s mission to build value and clean smartly.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, friendly demeanor and willingness to adapt and learn.
- Must successfully complete a police background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand or walk during shifts, as well as bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry, and climb stairs.
