About Commercial Cleaning Services
Join Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS), a rapidly expanding and innovative cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional quality and customer service through professional training and eco-friendly cleaning methods. CCS staff contribute to maintaining cleaner, healthier environments across Ontario in locations such as schools, office buildings, and retail spaces.
Position Details
This role works Sunday nights from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and Monday through Thursday nights from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Master industry-leading cleaning processes to consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Use equipment like auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors, and floor burnishing machines for routine floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Move furniture and equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service tailored to individual clients' needs.
- Perform advanced cleaning tasks that may require the use of ladders or scaffolding.
- Contribute to building value and smart cleaning practices at CCS.
Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
- Attention to detail and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding cleaning duties.
- Successful completion of a police background check.
- Valid G-Class driver's license.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift items up to 51 pounds.
- Capable of standing or walking throughout entire shifts.
- Perform movements such as bending, stretching, climbing stairs, lifting, pulling and carrying.
- Operate cleaning equipment as required.
