Role Overview
Drive Klean Private Limited is seeking diligent individuals for the position of Car Cleaner, offering doorstep car washing services in Talawandi, Kota, Rajasthan. The role involves visiting client locations to provide thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, maintaining equipment, and ensuring excellent customer interactions.
Key Duties
- Travel to customers' homes and perform complete car washing and detailing services.
- Properly operate and care for car washing tools and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Arrive promptly at assigned customer locations.
- Keep simple records of services completed daily.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own a motorcycle for commuting.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Prior experience in car washing or detailing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the roads and neighborhoods of Talawandi, Kota.
- Physically healthy, hardworking, and reliable individual.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Timely and prepared to work outdoors for 9-10 hours each day.
Compensation and Work Conditions
The monthly fixed salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000, complemented by a petrol allowance and performance-based incentives per car washed. On average, cleaning 6 to 7 vehicles daily provides opportunities for additional earnings. Working hours are around 9 to 10 hours daily.
