Drive Klean Private Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as doorstep car washers based in JP Nagar, Bangalore (560078). This role involves visiting customers at home to provide comprehensive car washing and cleaning services with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' residences and perform thorough car washing and detailing at their doorstep.
• Handle and maintain all car washing tools and equipment properly to ensure quality service.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers during service delivery.
• Arrive punctually at designated locations according to the schedule.
• Keep basic logs or records of services completed each day to track work done.

Job Requirements

• Ownership of a personal bike is essential for commuting to various customer sites.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Prior experience in car washing or detailing is advantageous.
• Good familiarity with Bangalore roads and neighborhoods is required for timely arrival.
• Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors, showing diligence and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are critical.
• Dependability in attendance and readiness to work outside in variable conditions.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Work schedule typically spans 9 to 10 hours daily.
• On average, you will service about 6 to 7 cars per day.
• Monthly fixed salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
• Additional benefits include fuel allowance and incentives based on the number of cars serviced.
