Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor based at our facility in Trenton, Ontario. This role involves managing janitorial teams to deliver high-standard cleaning services while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards.
Schedule and Compensation
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Annual Salary: $48,500

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent client relations via ongoing communication and timely resolution of service-related issues, fostering a service-focused culture
- Create shift schedules and allocate work based on contract needs to ensure efficient service delivery
- Promote workplace safety by ensuring compliance with CCS’s operating policies
- Assist in training new staff members
- Manage procurement of supplies, tools, and equipment, as well as oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Conduct routine inspections to uphold cleaning standards
- Perform cleaning duties when necessary
- Coordinate communication through radio systems
- Complete additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years leadership experience in the facility services sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in cleaning, including sustainable products and equipment
- Proven skills in people management, planning, and organization
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to unforeseen situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technological tools
- Clean police background check
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
- Standing and walking throughout entire shifts
- Capability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, carry, and climb stairs
- Operating equipment as needed
