Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive janitorial duties including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
- Ensure client facilities remain safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Manage waste collection and disposal effectively.
- Clean common areas, entranceways, stairwells, and restrooms to high standards.
- Learn and apply advanced cleaning techniques to consistently deliver excellent results.
- Offer outstanding customer service by addressing the unique needs of each client.
- Contribute to the company’s mission to build value and clean smartly.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- A positive and friendly demeanor that fosters good client relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to different environments.
- Successful completion of a Police Background Check.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Capability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts.
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, pull, carry, and climb stairs as needed.
