About Commercial Cleaning Services
Commercial Cleaning Services is a rapidly growing and innovative company dedicated to delivering professional cleaning with industry-leading training and environmentally safe products. We specialize in maintaining clean and healthy environments for schools, office buildings, retail locations, and more across Ontario.
Position Overview
This role is based at a facility located at 11884 Sunset Rd, St. Thomas, ON. Employees will work 10-hour shifts, with options for either 30 or 40 hours per week. The pay range for this position is $18.60 to $19.10 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive janitorial duties including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
- Sanitize and disinfect facility surfaces to ensure safe and healthy environments for clients.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste materials.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Apply industry-leading cleaning techniques to consistently achieve high-quality results.
- Provide exceptional customer service tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Contribute to building value and promoting smart cleaning practices within the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong dedication to excellent customer service.
- Keen attention to detail when performing duties.
- A positive, friendly, and adaptable attitude with eagerness to learn new skills.
- Willingness and ability to undergo a Police Background Check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Capacity to stand and/or walk for the entire duration of a shift.
- Capability to bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry items, and climb stairs throughout work periods.
