Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and committed full-time Warehouse Associates who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings. Candidates should have a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to develop and advance their careers within the company. The role involves working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional extra hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and organizing new inventory.
- Ensure smooth operation of the distribution center by preparing shipments promptly so orders reach customers on time.
- Use RF scanners to track each part from selection through to shipment.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items to meet high standards before packaging.
- Maintain accurate records and efficient communication within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Team player comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate, capable of using scanning technology.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
Working Hours
The position follows a fixed schedule of 8-hour shifts on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
