- Take charge of the sales floor during busy periods to inspire urgency and drive conversion with an energetic, action-oriented approach.
- Conduct impactful team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to align sales, service, and operational goals across the store.
- Cultivate a customer-first culture that promotes comfort, trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence including inventory accuracy, shipment handling, and loss prevention to uphold efficiency and accountability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and the ongoing development of sales staff, establishing clear career paths.
- Implement company and marketing initiatives consistently, including in-store events, merchandising standards, and assistance with new store or pop-up launches.
Qualifications
- Proven senior retail leadership experience within upscale, premium, or fashion-forward brands, balancing people management with strong business acumen.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams amid shifting priorities, maintaining focus and performance.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making aptitude, with agility in problem-solving and leading change.
- Passionate people leader who develops talent and drives engagement through transparency and communication of KPIs and expectations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational excellence related to merchandise planning, labor management, escalation procedures, and seamless store execution.
- Proficient with technology and data systems used for training, executing initiatives, and maintaining consistent performance.
Eligibility Criteria

- Physically able to lift items up to 25 lbs and sustain mobility throughout entire shifts.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $48,000 CAD annually, plus monthly bonuses and pay increases based on performance.
- Immediate access to comprehensive health benefits, including extended health and dental coverage.
- Access to mental health and wellness services such as therapy and coaching from day one.
