Warehouse Assistant (Monday - Friday)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, your daily activities will vary but will focus on maintaining high service standards and operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Prioritize safety by upholding strict health and safety protocols and housekeeping standards to promote a secure working environment.
• Handle the processing of orders efficiently, including loading and unloading vehicles and accurately recording deliveries using our systems.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to sustain precise stock levels that contribute to branch profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Capability to manage stock handling within health and safety guidelines.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service through positive and impactful interactions.
• Self-motivation, ability to multitask, and strong organisational skills suited to dynamic and fast-paced conditions.
• No prior expertise in insulation and interior building products is necessary as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willingness to collaborate as a team member and provide support beyond your direct responsibilities as required.
