Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the warehouse by understanding and fulfilling customer needs effectively and with a positive attitude.
• Maintain high safety standards and keep the warehouse environment clean and safe for everyone throughout the workday.
• Assist with various warehouse operations including processing orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and accurately recording deliveries in the inventory systems.
• Work collaboratively within the team to maintain correct stock levels, supporting the branch's profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• Capable of processing stock in compliance with health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly and purposeful interactions that create a positive impression.
• Be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and adaptable workplace.
• Willingness to learn about insulation and interior building products on the job; prior expertise is not mandatory.
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist colleagues beyond your immediate duties.
