Job Overview

This full-time position requires the installer to work on site in Nashville, TN. Key duties include preparing walls and surfaces, measuring and cutting wallpaper accurately, and applying wallpaper according to manufacturer guidelines. The installer will remove previous wall coverings, repair minor wall damages, prime the surfaces, and hang wallpaper both in homes and commercial spaces. The role also necessitates providing and maintaining personal tools such as razor blades, brushes, glue, and equipment including ladders. Frequent travel to various job sites within the greater Nashville region is part of the job.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven wallpaper installation experience including surface preparation and finishing tasks.
• Proficient in precise measuring, cutting, and pattern alignment, with strong attention to quality and detail.
• Demonstrated professionalism and respect when working inside clients’ homes and businesses.
• Own reliable transportation and willingness to maintain a full-time, consistent work schedule.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and use ladders for prolonged periods during installations.
• Previous experience in painting, drywall, or similar trade skills is advantageous.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid Driver's License.

Compensation

The pay rate is $1.50 per square foot of wallpaper installed.
