Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and diligent individuals to serve as Waking Watch/Fire Marshalls at a large residential apartment complex in Kensington. This critical role focuses on ensuring timely fire warnings to effectively support evacuation procedures and maintaining safety throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed Waking Watch will conduct consistent patrols both inside and around the building. Duties include evaluating potential fire risks, managing any incidents that arise, and delivering person-focused support to safeguard the well-being of all residents during day and night shifts. Remaining alert and awake for the entire shift is mandatory. Candidates should be vigilant, capable, and attentive while maintaining a polished appearance and an active demeanor.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have prior hands-on experience as a Fire Warden. Personal pride in presentation and the ability to stay awake and attentive for extended periods are essential.
