About the Role
Penspen is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager responsible for creating and enforcing safety protocols, performing risk evaluations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising incident investigations, and providing training to employees. The goal is to cultivate a robust safety culture that safeguards personnel and the environment while supporting the company's business objectives.
Qualifications
- Holder of an Engineering Degree in any discipline.
- Certified with NEBOSH IGC and other relevant HSE certifications and accreditations.
Experience Requirements
- Possesses a minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
- Has at least 10 years of expertise in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Experience working as an HSE Manager on large-scale Oil and Gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Prior approval or recognition as an HSE Manager by ADNOC.
- Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles.
