Job description
Position Purpose
The primary goal of this role is to ensure the dining area is arranged and spotless before service, maintaining an organized and fresh environment while assisting guests during their dining experience.
Key Duties
- Support morning cleaning efforts in the restaurant.
- Sanitize all service utensils prior to each service period.
- Collaborate with the captain waiter during restaurant preparation.
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and adhere to stringent hygiene standards.
- Assist the captain waiter with mise en place preparations.
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to dining area.
- Help the captain waiter set plates on guests' tables.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses throughout service.
- Clear and clean tables after meals are completed.
- Transport used plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Perform duties under the direction and instructions of the captain waiter.
