Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the service team by assigning sections and roles.
• Lead briefings on menus, promotions, VIP guests, and operational updates.
• Provide warm and personalized service to guests.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage options.
• Promote signature dishes and premium drinks to maximize sales.
• Monitor service flow, table turnover, and guest satisfaction levels.
• Identify VIPs, regular visitors, and special celebrations to offer tailored service.
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery tactfully.
• Train and mentor waiters, waitresses, and runners.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, reception, and management teams.
• Ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Assist with POS operations, billing, and closing shifts procedures.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and brand service standards consistently.
• Support brunches, events, and busy evening service periods.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses between 2 to 3 years of relevant service experience.
• Previous roles as Head Waitress, Senior Waitress, or experienced Waitress in luxury or lifestyle venues.
• Experience in luxury restaurants, beach clubs, lounges, nightclubs, or similar settings.
• Skilled in food and beverage knowledge, upselling techniques, and engaging with guests.
• Proven ability to supervise and train a multicultural service team.
• Confident handling of VIP guests, large group reservations, and guest complaints.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operational processes.
• Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Maintains polished appearance and adheres to high grooming standards.
