Executive - Leasing

Job Overview

This role focuses on assisting the real estate team to identify, evaluate, and secure retail spaces across specified markets. Key responsibilities include negotiating lease agreements, managing lease documentation, and supporting expansion and renewal plans that align with the company's retail growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lease negotiations for openings, renewals, and relocations under supervision.
• Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs), proposals, and summaries of lease agreements.
• Communicate with landlords to track lease paperwork, approvals, and delivery of premises.
• Conduct site inspections and collect data regarding footfall, visibility, accessibility, and competition.
• Assist in compiling site assessment reports and presenting insights to respective teams.
• Maintain precise records for lease arrangements including rent details, contract duration, and important dates.
• Collaborate with lease administration and legal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance adherence.
• Monitor lease expiry, rent increases, and renewal schedules.
• Liaise daily with landlords, brokers, and mall management concerning leasing inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, finance, operations, and store planning to ensure leasing actions meet business objectives.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar discipline.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management.
• Familiarity with retail lease processes in GCC markets is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical abilities alongside strong communication and negotiation skills.
