Job description
Position Objective
The waitress is responsible for preparing the dining area prior to service, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable, while executing primary duties of attending to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the morning cleaning of the restaurant.
- Sanitize all service utensils before each shift.
- Assist the captain waiter in setting up the dining area.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and uphold stringent hygiene standards.
- Help with mise en place preparations under the guidance of the captain waiter.
- Deliver food items from the kitchen to the dining hall efficiently.
- Support the captain waiter in serving food plates to customers.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Transport used dishes and glasses to the dishwashing station.
- Carry out duties following directions provided by the captain waiter.
