Job Overview

As an F&B Waitress, you will be the face of the hotel's hospitality efforts, directly interacting with guests to provide swift and polite service. Your role significantly impacts guest satisfaction by ensuring comfort and quality within our food and beverage venues. Team collaboration across departments is essential to manage efficient and timely operations. You are expected to master full knowledge of our menus, beverage selections, services, and facilities while continually refining your professional abilities to enhance guest experiences. Maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace and respecting guest privacy are also critical components of your duties.
