Overview

Join the Food & Beverage team at the First Vignette Collection within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located at the Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel. We seek a warm, professional, and guest-oriented Waiter who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Introduce menus, clarify dishes, and suggest options tailored to guest preferences.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and effectively communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service and promptly address any requests.
• Ensure tables are prepared before service with proper cleanliness and presentation.
• Efficiently clear and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle payments following hotel procedures.
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen, bar, and other departments to facilitate seamless service.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance by proudly wearing the hotel uniform.
• Provide assistance to team members and take on additional assignments as directed by supervisors or managers.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably have prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
• A customer-centric attitude combined with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic familiarity with food and beverage service is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
• Excellent teamwork, keen attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
