Role Overview

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide clear explanations of menu items and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
• Accurately record and serve orders promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Proactively anticipate guest requirements and deliver personalized service.
• Prepare, maintain, and clear tables adhering to premium standards.
• Support opening and closing functions at the restaurant daily.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Address guest concerns courteously and refer issues to management when needed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu contents, including ingredients and wine/beverage options.
• Promote specials, premium selections, and wine pairings to increase sales.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and uphold service excellence standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining spaces in compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and service guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in upscale restaurants, fine-dining environments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Well-versed in fine-dining etiquette, service procedures, and wine or beverage pairing knowledge.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests.
