Role Overview

Join a prominent beverage and distribution organization located in Mt Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand as a Voice Picker / Forklift Operator. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-directed technology to pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Operate forklifts effectively to transport stock within the warehouse.
• Manage stock movement, storage, loading, and unloading safely.
• Pick, pack, and ready products for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Verify order and product accuracy before dispatch.
• Meet daily targets focused on productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure the work environment remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Contribute as an integral member of a high-performing warehouse team.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience using voice-picking systems is essential.
• At least one year of forklift operating experience with a valid current hoist license.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center environments, especially under fast-paced conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• Good physical stamina to handle tasks involving frequent lifting, walking, and standing.
• Dependable and punctual with strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Clear criminal background and the capability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Mt Wellington work site.
• A motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Hours and Shifts

• Morning Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Applicants must be available to work any one of the specified shifts.
