Job Overview
We are looking for a VKYC Processor in Bengaluru who will be responsible for conducting video-based KYC verifications in line with the company's procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Video KYC verifications for customers following established company protocols.
- Validate customer identities and documents through live video interactions.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all KYC data and related documentation.
- Adhere strictly to compliance and verification guidelines throughout the process.
- Interact courteously with customers, addressing simple inquiries during the VKYC session.
- Keep thorough records of all completed verifications.
- Detect inconsistencies or suspicious data and report to the relevant department promptly.
- Achieve daily benchmarks for productivity, accuracy, and quality.
