Role Overview

Located in Melbourne and reporting directly to the Visual Merchandise Operations Manager, this role involves executing all visual merchandising (VM) activities efficiently and in alignment with established VM guidelines to enhance commercial performance locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and implement VM instructions to maintain consistent brand and business-aligned visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with retail management to spot and apply merchandising techniques that boost sales
• Create impactful store window displays and dress mannequins with style
• Deliver high-quality VM solutions in a dynamic work environment
• Coach and develop team members to achieve superior visual merchandising results, with leadership or supervisory experience valued
• Coordinate with Store Managers and VM leaders to execute campaigns and meet VM goals
• Contribute as a team member to ensure exceptional in-store experiences, prioritizing customer safety
• Travel as required, potentially spending up to two weeks away from home per trip
• Assist other VM Coordinators in setting up new stores and refurbishing existing locations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years’ visual merchandising experience in retail, preferably in apparel
• Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing effective and respectful workplace relationships
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, variable environments
• Willingness to travel extensively, appreciating flexibility
• Capability and enthusiasm to guide and train colleagues
• Outstanding communication skills enabling smooth interaction with stakeholders across levels
• A collaborative team player with creative insight and a proactive mindset
