About the Role
Join Anaconda as an Assistant Store Manager where your leadership will become the cornerstone of our retail success. In this role, you will guide and support a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team in all key business aspects.
- Set an example by coaching and developing team members to achieve success.
- Drive customer service excellence, sales, merchandising, and operational standards.
- Manage product offerings across departments effectively.
- Work to surpass sales budgets and targets to elevate store performance.
- Guarantee customers receive outstanding service during every visit.
Candidate Profile
- Prior leadership experience in a large-format retail setting.
- Capable of leading and inspiring a team of up to 20 people.
- Strong understanding of sales trends, top product performers, and business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills combined with problem-solving ability.
- Experience handling high volumes of stock effectively.
- Genuine interest in the outdoors is highly preferred.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain training at company expense.
- Availability for full-time shifts including late nights and weekends.
- Legal right to work full-time in Australia.
