Role Overview

• Provide leadership and support to your retail team in all aspects of store operations.
• Lead by example through coaching and developing team members to excel.
• Oversee service standards, sales initiatives, merchandising, and product management within departments.
• Drive sales performance to exceed targets and elevate store success.
• Ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service experiences.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior leadership experience in a large-format retail environment.
• Capability to manage and motivate a team of up to 20 members.
• Strong understanding of sales dynamics, identifying best sellers and top performers.
• Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience handling high stock volumes.
• A genuine passion for outdoor activities is highly desirable.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one with company sponsorship.
• Availability for full-time work, including late nights and weekends.
• Legal entitlement to work full-time in Australia.
