About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support across all business operations within the store.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership position within a large-format retail setting.
• Capability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 members effectively.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, recognize top-performing products and team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling large inventory volumes.
• Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities is highly desirable.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it through company-provided training.
• Availability to work full-time hours including late nights and weekends.
• Legal entitlement to work full-time in Australia.
