Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser role, reporting directly to the Visual Merchandiser Manager, focuses on delivering the company’s visual merchandising standards across all store levels. This includes managing window displays, in-store images, mannequins, hotspots, décor, and ticketing in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement company-standard visual merchandising in-store, covering aspects such as window displays, mannequins, hotspots, décor, and ticketing
• Maintain and organize all visual merchandising equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively
• Assist with layout changes, product handling, renovations, and new store openings
• Ensure seamless communication between commercial store teams and marketing departments regarding visual merchandising activities
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to enhance visual merchandising efforts
• Provide market insights and connections to support ongoing VM development

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of visual merchandising experience within retail fashion environments
• Strong knowledge of VM techniques including window setups, styling, and in-store displays
• Possess a solid fashion and commercial awareness
• Capable of working independently while following established guidelines
• Team-oriented with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient with email communication and Microsoft Office tools

• Flexible and open to working shifts during special events or projects
• Highly motivated, with a passion and firm understanding of the fashion industry
• Excellent communication skills paired with an outgoing personality
• Availability to start work on short notice is preferred
