The shift lead role operates from Tuesday to Saturday, with working hours from 14:00 to 22:00 each day.

Role Purpose

The Shift Lead is responsible for managing the food fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is set up and prepared for trading. This role assumes operational responsibility for coordinating team resources to execute Serving, Selling, and Filling, particularly when the Colleague Manager is absent.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the fill operation, providing coaching on best practices and enhancing efficiency to prepare the store for opening.
• Effectively assign staff to ensure quick and smooth payment processes.
• Enable timely and efficient execution of daily operational processes throughout the assigned store areas.
• Manage the team to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that embraces every colleague.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service standards and model the company’s core behaviors and expectations throughout the store.
• Assist Colleague Managers by providing insight on team performance and recognizing outstanding efforts.
• Provide support to nearby stores as operational needs arise.
• Act as a key holder and respond to call outs when necessary.
• Handle responsibilities associated with opening and closing the store, including vehicle receipt, temperature monitoring, reporting operational issues through appropriate channels, cash management, and compliance with TSL during off-peak hours.
